Teresa Tyler has worked in the veterinary profession for many years as a qualified nurse before a career change when she became a counsellor and psychotherapist. More recently her attention has turned once again to working with animals and she completed the ISCP Diploma before completing the Compass Graduate Diploma in Animal Behaviour Management. In 2016 she completed a Masters degree in Anthrozoology at Exeter University, and she is currently in the process of gaining a PhD. Teresa’s main interests are canine behaviour and the human dog relationship. She currently works as an animal behaviourist, working with private clients but also with many rescue organisations, focussing on rehabilitating the more challenging dogs. Teresa is a member of the Pet Professional Guild and a promoter of positive reward based training methods. She currently lives in Cyprus with six of her own dogs, three foster dogs and four cats!
