You’ll receive an illustrated 73 page course textbook in PDF format, and a multiple choice questionnaire to complete and return after you’ve read the book. After your questionnaire has been assessed, you will receive The Dog’s BFF Award certificate as a .jpg file that you can print and frame or put on your website. This will demonstrate that you have a good basic understanding of dog behaviour.

The authors

Lisa Tenzin-Dolma is the principal of The International School for Canine Psychology & Behaviour, and the founder of the Dog Welfare Alliance. Her 33 published books include 4 books about dog behaviour, psychology and training.

Lisa is co-chair of The Association of INTODogs, represents INTODogs on the Animal Behaviour & Training Council committee, and is a member of the Pet Professional Guild and Pet Dog Trainers of Europe.

Dale McLelland is the founder of Being Canine, which runs one to one and group classes, dog behaviour assessments and modification, and a purpose-build boarding facility. Being Canine runs annual weekend seminar events at the University of the West of Scotland, Ayr Campus.

Dale is the Membership Secretary of The Association of INTO Dogs, an affiliate of The International School for Canine Psychology & Behaviour, and a member of the Pet Professional Guild and the International Society for Animal Professionals.
