Liz Morris

Tutor

As well as gaining her diploma with the ISCP, Liz also has diplomas in Animal Communication and professional dog boarding, both with distinction, various other certificates in dog care/training and psychology including Emotional Healing with the ISCP.  She is a member of the International Society for Animal Practitioners and also INTO Dogs and is proud to be a professional member and benefactor of the Dog Welfare Alliance.

Liz is the owner of the Canine Company Camp (insured through Cliverton) where she has occasional visiting day/holiday dogs, groups and 1-2-1 training sessions with dogs and handlers on a weekly basis. She is privileged to have plenty of space, horses, hens and outside facilities which is a super learning and training facility for dogs, puppies and some of her behaviour therapy work. Most of her work is with adolescent dogs (she loves these guys!) and rescue dogs which is thoroughly rewarding. Liz uses a holistic approach to all areas of her work; alongside psychology and positive reinforcement she enjoys the use of Bach flower remedies, relaxation and animal communication techniques.

Her own dogs, Joe, Murphy, Spy, Heidi and her cat, Chilli, have helped her help many dogs with social skills and have been amongst of hundreds of combinations of regular social sessions held where carers can observe body language and learn more about their dog’s character. Liz frequently attends workshops and seminars to deepen her understanding of dogs and the science and skills which bring quality to her work with people and their dogs.
