Congratulations to Irene Perrett, who today was the first to graduate from the ISCP Advanced Diploma in Canine Behaviour course that we launched last September. Irene gained a distinction for her dissertation titled ‘An investigation concerning the quality of trust and how this enhances the wellbeing of those involved, with particular reference to enabling the bond of trust between a Romanian rescue dog and his carer’ and has given permission for us to share this. It’s relevant for helping fearful dogs as well as for helping dogs who were imported from Eastern Europe.
